Arundel joins Carlin.
Henry Arundel will join Carlin Motorsport for the 2009 Cooper Tires British F3 International Series, it has been confirmed.
The 20-year-old is the first driver to be announced in Carlin's 2009 line-up and will complete his second year in British F3 with the Hampshire-based squad.
Arundel, who competed with Raikkonen Robertson Racing in '08, notching up 21 points in total, is looking forward to another crack at Britain's premier single-seater formula, something he will combine with doing his degree in Economics at Bristol University.

"I'm really excited to be joining the 2008 champions. I had a bit of a tough season this year, but I'd still like to thank all those that helped me in my first year of F3," he stated.
"I'm now looking forward to a season with Carlin although I realise I have a lot of work to do over the winter. It's going to be a challenge, but I have unfinished business in F3 and I feel I'm now in the best place to get the results I know I am capable of."
Team boss Trevor Carlin meanwhile is excited about his latest signing, although with Carlin finishing 1-2-3 in the 2008 standings, the team will be hard matched to repeat that feat in '09.
"We've known Henry for some time, and raced against him in Formula BMW in 2006. Henry tested with us 12 months ago in F3 and did a good job then. In the short time Henry has tested with us since the end of the 2008 season, we've seen him develop and adapt well to the Carlin car," he added.
"We're looking forward to building on our relationship with Henry and helping him reach his true potential in 2009."
