Baiocco to test for DFX Ducati
PSG-1 Corse refugee Matteo Baiocco will reappear on the World Superbike Championship scene after being included on the entry list for the upcoming mid-season test at Imola.
The Italian, a former Superstock 1000 front runner, had been left on the sidelines following PSG-1 Kawasaki's decision to curtail their WSBK involvement due to the ongoing economic crisis.
Nonetheless, he will test as a 'wild-card' at Imola aboard a second DFX Ducati alongside the team's regular rider Lorenzo Lanzi.
Baiocco managed to scored three points in 12 races with the PSG-1 team.
