Claire Williams gives birth to a boy
Williams deputy team principal Claire Williams has given birth to a boy, the British Formula 1 team has confirmed via Twitter.
Williams has been absent from the Asian flyaway races as she prepared for the birth of her first child with husband Marc Harris. Having announced her pregnancy via the team’s Twitter account earlier in the year, the team has once again broken the news of the birth of Nathaniel (Nate) Louis Harris who was born at 10:30AM on the 10th October.

Williams is expected to miss the four remaining F1 races on maternity leave but is aiming to return to the paddock for 2018.
