Valencia MotoGP test times - Tuesday (Final)

Following Sunday's Valencia MotoGP season finale, an official test began at the circuit on Tuesday morning.

The test offers the first chance for riders to appear with their 2018 teams; Jack Miller at Pramac Ducati, Scott Redding at Aprilia and Tito Rabat at Avintia Ducati, while rookies Franco Morbidelli, Takaaki Nakagami and Xavier Simeon are making their MotoGP debuts.

Thomas Luthi is missing the test due to foot injuries at Sepang and is replaced by HRC test rider Takumi Takahashi.

Testing, which took place from 10am to 5pm, concludes on Wednesday evening.

Maverick Vinales sets his best lap time with the 2016 Yamaha, but Tech 3's Johann Zarco was second qucikest on a 2017 bike.

Valentino Rossi and Alvaro Bautista both walked away from big accidents just after midday, but Bautista - who took a bang to his back after a possible technical issue - did not return.

Suzuki team-mates Andrea Iannone and Alex Rins did not test today due to a stomach virus....
