Quartararo leads a 'slow' Free Practice 3 at a windy and dusty Doha MotoGP.
The top 10 riders after FP3 (combined times) receive direct access to the second and final part of qualifying, but the strong winds and dust - combined with the afternoon heat - meant some riders stayed in the pits (including Friday leader Miller) and nobody improved on yesterday's lap times.
That means the likes of reigning world champion Mir, Rossi and Honda's Espargaro will be among those battling it out in Qualifying 1.
The Doha Grand Prix is the second of two back-to-back opening rounds held at Losail in Qatar.
Bradl is again replacing the injured Marc Marquez, who is missing both Qatar rounds.
