BSS: Lowes fastest in wet warm-up
James Westmoreland was second fastest, despite heading the timesheets for most of the session, and Joe Dickinson on the Trucklinks Racing Honda just had the edge over fourth-quickest John McGuinness on the Padgetts Honda.
Kennaugh released from Virgin ride.
Kennaugh joined Virgin Media Optoma Loans Yamaha for round 4 at Oulton Park at the beginning of May. During his short spell with the team, he collected four point scoring finishes in his last five races on board the Virgin Yamaha.
BSS: Camier to replace Wright.
Camier has been brought in to take over from Wright who has left the team under amicable terms. He has been racing in the 2007 GSX-R European Cup which is a one make championship aimed at highlighting young talent on the European stage.

Emmett: I hope Dean doesn`t get better!
Former BSB championship contender Emmett had been due to ride the team's Ducati 1098 Superstock machine, but was promoted to the Superbike seat when Thomas injured his ribs during free practice. Emmett went on to finish ninth in both of Sunday's wet races.

Rea on a roll at Knockhill.
Following on from his maiden win at Mondello Park in Ireland the Ulsterman lapped in 48.429secs, already under the lap record set last year by Shane Byrne at 48.474secs. Second fastest was his team-mate and championship leader Ryuichi Kiyonari who was just 0.072secs off his time.

Stalker secure at Rizla.
Quashing rumours that Neil Hodgson will be taking his Rizla Suzuki ride, Chris Walker is squaring up to the challenge of Knockhill this coming weekend for round seven of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship.
Sanders dies from Mondello injuries.
The incident occurred at the Daly's Drift section of the circuit and involved Sanders, Steven Neate and Jamie Hamilton. Initial evidence shows that Sanders fell from his machine then, once on his feet, was struck by following riders - sustaining critical head and chest injuries.
Rea collects `mega` debut win, on to MotoGP.
The HM Plant Honda rider had qualified on pole position, but finished Sunday's opening race, won by Leon Haslam, back in a fourth place.
BSS: Hobbs takes disrupted win.
Dennis Hobbs on the Padgetts Honda has taken a well earned race win at Mondello Park at round six of the Maxxis British Supersport Championship. Second place was taken by Jamie Robinson on the Margal/Bykerbabe Honda and third place went to Ulsterman Ian Lowry on the Relentless Suzuki.
Rutter not fit to race.
Isilon MSS Discovery Kawasaki's Michael Rutter has been declared not fit to race at round six of the Bennetts British Superbike championship this weekend at Mondello Park.

BSS: Lowry leads warm- up.
Ian Lowry on the Relentless Suzuki was the fastest man on track during morning warm-up at Oulton Park for round four of the Maxxis Supersport Championship. The Virgin Media Yamaha team were running in second and third with Billy McConnell ahead of the still injured Tom Grant.
Mixed fortunes for Airwaves pair.
The season couldn't have started any better for Airwaves Ducati's Gregorio Lavilla. Two double wins at the first two rounds has set him up nicely. However, his team-mate Leon Haslam has not had the same luck and is yet to grace the podium this season.

Cadwell Mountain resurfaced.
