Priaulx clinches one-off deal with Egg Sport.
Andy Priaulx will join the grid for the British Touring Car Championship at Oulton Park next weekend, after clinching a one-off race deal to replace banned regular driver Phil Bennett in the Egg Sport Vauxhall team.
Priaulx is currently a frontrunner in British Formula 3 with Alan Docking Racing and has recorded nine podium finishes - and one win - so far this season.
"I'm thrilled to have got this one-off race deal to race in the BTCC," enthused Priaulx. "It is the UK's premier sports car racing series and is famous for fiercely competitive racing.

"I've only got two 45 minute sessions to get to grips with the car before qualifying and am keen not to let the team down so it's vitally important that I do well from the moment I get into the car.
