Fia Refuses To Allow Traction Control
The sport's governing body has refused to bow to pressure from the teams and allow the return of traction control devices, despite the belief that some teams are already using them illegally.
The FIA believes that it can police the use of the systems, but McLaren boss Ron Dennis has other ideas. He has already intimated that Ferrari are using a similar - but legal - system, and has called for the rules to be relaxed in order to level the field.
