Jordan thanks B&H.
Eddie Jordan took the opportunity at the launch of this year's EJ12 to thank Gallaher Ltd for its sterling service as title sponsor in previous seasons.
The company's Benson&Hedges brand became linked to the Jordan team during their time together in Formula One, but has made way for new title sponsor DHL in 2002. This is due in part to Gallaher's decision to begin winding down its backing in readiness for the eventual cessation of tobacco sponsorship in 2006, and also the result of dwindling budgets in Formula One.

The B&H logos will still be seen on the two EJ12-Honda this season, however, as the brand enters its seventh year of sponsorship with Jordan.
"Gallaher's support for sport in general has been a great example of corporate sponsorship," team CEO Jordan said, "This team would not be in the position it is in today without the support Benson&Hedges have given us as title sponsor since 1996, and we are delighted that they have extended their agreement."
