WilliamsF1's long-serving head of marketing Jim Wright has revealed that he is to stand down from his post at the end of the month.
Wright has been involved in many of the Grove-based team's recent sponsorship acquisitions, and has played an important role in Williams' F1 involvement over the past dozen years, but believes that it is time to look elsewhere in an attempt to fulfil personal ambitions.

Although he will officially relinquish his post today [31 March], Wright revealed that he would remain at Williams for a short period in order to complete a number of 'unfinished projects', before moving on, although he did say that he intended to remain involved in motorsport in the future.
