Motaworld F3 team determined to develop.

Motaworld Racing elected not to race at the latest round of the British Formula Three Championship in order to concentrate on further development of their Dallara Mugen-Honda.

After problems during practice at Silverstone on Sunday it was decided to withdraw the car.

The team's driver, Tom Sisley said: "I didn't think the car was quick enough to race, so we're going to do some more testing to try and find some improvement. A Formula Three car is not at all easy to drive and we need to do some more laps."

Alan Waite, owner of Motaworld Racing noted: "I don't understand it. We had a really good set-up for the car after testing at Pembrey with Andy Priaulx."

He added: "We're going testing at Castle Combe and Pembrey next week to do more chassis development work with Andy Priaulx. He knows exactly what the car should be doing and he works well with our engineer, Alan Mugglestone."
