Nicolo Bulega

Nicolo Bulega is one of the World Superbike Championship's top talents.

He won the 2015 Moto3 Junior championship to signal his status as one to watch. In the same year he was rewarded with a grand prix debut, in Moto3, riding a KTM for the VR46 team in Valencia.

He impressively finished seventh overall in Moto3 in 2016, his first full year.

But his potential seemingly fell away with four consecutive poor years, across Moto3 and Moto2, where he finished no higher than 17th. He was 26th twice.

But Bulega found form when joining the World Supersport Championship in 2022.

He was fourth in his rookie year, then won the championship at the second attempt.

Bulega earned the right to be Alvaro Bautista's factory Ducati teammate in the 2024 World Superbike Championship.

He was sensationally the runner-up in the championship in his rookie year, denied only by Toprak Razgatliogu.

Bulega won six WSBK races in 2024.
