The Miller Lite Carb Day concert, which takes place on the Miller Lite Stage in the infield of the Speedway's oval, is the final event of an action-packed day for fans at IMS.
The B-52's, "The World's Greatest Party Band," have sold more than 20 million albums in a career that started in 1976. The dance-rock band was a leader of the "new wave" movement by the early 1980s and gained worldwide airplay with their hit 'Love Shack.'
Third Eye Blind, which formed in San Francisco in the early 1990s, achieved breakthrough success with its self-titled album in 1997 on the Elektra label. The album sold 6 million copies and spent more than a year on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart with such hits as "Semi Charmed Life," "Graduate," "How's It Going To Be," "Losing A Year" and "Jumper."
