De Reuver's hopes hit by Oss accident.
125cc GP star Marc de Reuver suffered a huge accident at the fourth round of the 2003 Dutch Open Motocross, at Oss - which looks like marking an end to his title hopes.
The accident occurred during the second 125cc moto, while battling with team-mate Erik Eggens for the lead. Doctor's at the scene also suspected a broken leg, but further examination in Nijmegen hospital confirmed a dislocated hip, broken collarbone and concussion.

The young Dutchman - who is just two points behind Steve Ramon in the 125cc GP standings - will now have to spend the next six weeks in bed, virtually writing off the 2003 season.
