The checkered flag has fallen and Vinales ends the test fastest from Binder, Bezzecchi, M. Marquez and R. Fernandez.
Brad Binder has gone down moments after moving up to second. The KTM rider was slightly wide going into turn five.
Fabio Quartararo has shown a lot of frustration after failing to stop his Yamaha for turn one.
It looks as though Marc Marquez has ended his test with just over 20 minutes to go.
Pedro Acosta is down at turn two.
Big front-end slide for Miller at turn two but he's managed to remain aboard his RC16.
Jorge Martin and Francesco Bagnaia have both called it a day early.
We're into the final hour of action at Valencia as Vinales still holds top spot ahead of Bezzecchi and M. Marquez.

Bagnaia went out on a new soft tyre but has not improved and instead returned to pit lane very quickly.
Vinales retains top spot but Bezzecchi moves into second positiona ahead of M. Marquez.
Bezzecch is flying and looks on course to go quickest...
We have a new leader as Vinales goes top by nearly two tenths.
Marquez improves again. What a test he's having at the moment.
Vinales sets a blinding lap but it's not enough to usurp Marquez who continues to lead by just 0.007s.
Bezzecchi has also made a big imporvement and is now inside the top five.
It's a Marquez 1-2 as Alex slides into second spot ahead of Fernandez.
What a lap from Marquez. He's just destroyed Fernandez's top time with a 1:29.460s.
