Hopper certainly couldn't have been accused of sacrificing speed for style either, as he went on to set the third fastest lap time of the day - his Bridgestone shod GSV-R beaten only by Kawasaki's Shinya Nakano and Ducati's Loris Capirossi.
Testing at Jerez concludes tomorrow (Sunday).
