Marquez leads a sunny morning warm-up session for the Thai MotoGP at Buriram. The Repsol Honda star will be crowned the 2019 MotoGP champion today if he scores at least two points more than Dovizioso, who suffered a technical issue during warm-up.
Quartararo claims pole position for the Thai MotoGP at Buriram despite falling in the final minute of qualifying. Pole rival Marquez also slid off moments earlier, with Rossi tumbling at the start of the session - all three of them at Turn 5.
The top two riders in Q1 now progress to the Q2 pole position shootout, where they will join the ten fastest riders after third practice. The others will start, in the following order, from 13th on the grid onwards…
Quartararo back on top during a dry FP4 at the Thai MotoGP, after fitting a new soft rear tyre to leapfrog ahead of Marquez at the end of the session.
Heavy rain caused a delayed and shortened Free Practice 3 session at Buriram, which saw slick tyres fitted for the final minutes on a drying track and Dovizioso fastest from Morbidelli and Rins.

Vinales quickest during a wet morning warm-up for the Aragon MotoGP. With dry conditions expected for the rest of the day, pre-race favourite Marquez was among those not to set a time this morning. Pol Espargaro is absent after a left wrist fracture in final practice.

Marquez returns to the top during a dry final practice for the Aragon MotoGP. Mir and Espargaro both had big falls, the Suzuki rookie was unhurt but KTM's Espargaro needed a stretcher after his nasty highside.
Rins fastest during a damp Saturday morning session at Aragon, which meant the dry Friday times remained unbeaten. Rins was the only rider to fit slicks in the final minutes, going to the top on his very last lap, while Friday leader Marquez did not record a flying lap.
Vinales leads Free Practice 2 for the Aragon MotoGP, but Marquez's morning time remains the best of the day by over one-second. Rain is forecast for Saturday, meaning today's combined top ten could well have decided who gets direct access to Qualifying 2.

Marquez wins the San Marino MotoGP at Misano after a daring last-lap showdown with rookie Quartararo. Quartararo led for most of the race, albeit shadowed by Marquez, who finally attacked at the start of the final lap.
