Wagstaff calls for rider control.
Kings Lynn promoter Nigel Wagstaff is calling for some form of rider control in the Elite League next season.
He said: "We already have a points limit but the financial aspect worries me. Riders like Jason Crump, Leigh Adams and Tony Rickardsson have all left the
club. I don't want to be bottom of the league again next season and I need to be able to track a stronger team."
