In addition, the bulging, 24-strong Moto1 entry boasts 10 road racers, four supermoto stars, three motocross riders, three from trials, three from enduro and one from the stunt world.
"The collection of riders and nationalities for Moto1 is amazing," explained Moto1 Managing Director Robbie Allan "We knew there would be interest but this is now far beyond our expectation."
The Moto1 spectacular itself involves the 24 motorcycle sport stars doing battle during an action-packed two days of competition over four disciplines; road racing, motocross, supermoto and trials.
Moto1 action will run from 9am to 4.30pm each day. Additional attractions include a World Long Jump record attempt, freestyle motocross demonstrations, youth trials and motocross, a National Supermoto, the final round of the World Stunt Riding Championship, two days of road races, a Classic Parade, the "world famous" Purple Helmets and an extensive trade exhibition.
The entire Moto1 event is being filmed for SKY Sports television and has received the support of the motorcycle industry through Yamaha, Honda, Ducati and Sherco.
"The final preparations for Moto1 are now well and truly under way. As the event gets closer there's a real sense of anticipation growing and we're all looking forward to an exciting first ever search for Britain's No. 1."
