James Dye has been out of bed and talking as he continues to make progress from the injuries sustained in an accident at Cadwell Park this weekend.
The British Supersport rider was involved in a collision at the start of the race whereby he was thought to have been struck by a following rider.
Taken to Hull Royal Infirmary, Dye was originally described as being in a serious but stable condition but the 19-year-old is beginning to make a recovery just three days on.

According to a Buff racing team member, Dye has been out of bed and talking, if only to ask to go to bed! He remains under assessment.
