British Superbike announces provisional 2022 calendar
The Bennetts British Superbike Championship has released its provisional dates and venues for the 2022 season.
The eleven-round series is set to feature the same venues as 2021 - meaning no return to Assen, absent since the Covid pandemic - kicking off at the Silverstone National Circuit in mid-April.
A fourth and final test session will then be held between Silverstone and the opening Oulton Park round, which is followed by visits to Donington Park and Knockhill.
After a one-month break, the action restarts at the Brands Hatch GP circuit in July with Thruxton, Cadwell Park and Snetterton offering the final chances to claim a place in the Showdown.
Oulton Park, Donington Park and Brands Hatch will decide the title outcome, with the season coming to a close on October 14-16.
