"We achieved everything we went to Donington to do," said team principal Paul Ridgeway. "We were very pleased to run Colin Turkington - he was quick in the car and gave good feedback as to what it was doing. He's obviously a very talented young driver."
Nineteen-year-old Turkington enjoyed the opportunity to test with the team: "It's great to have the opportunity to test the Focus. The car was very much quicker than the Fiesta, but was really responsive, and I'd love to be able to race a Production Class car next year."
