Plato to do battle with Muller, down under!
As if the resumption of hostilities in Mondello between 2000 BTCC champion Jason Plato and reigning champion Yvan Muller wasn't enough, the pair are set to do battle down under in Australia's most famous motor race, the Bathurst 1000k.
Muller was announced as a Team Betta Electrical Ford Falcon driver back in May and now Plato has been announced as partner to Australian motor racing and Bathurst legend Peter Brock in a Holden Commodore.

Both drivers have raced before at the challenging Mount Panorama circuit. "I hope the weather is better this year as all I remember of Bathurst last time was non-stop rain for about 6 days!" says SEAT pilot Plato. "Mount Panorama in the wet isn't the place to make your debut at that circuit in an Aussie V8 Supercar!
"I've been a huge fan of the annual Bathurst race for years, so to get another run around the place alongside a legend like Peter Brock doesn't get much better for a driver."
