F1 Gossip: F1 rejects Bahrain vaccination offer, Verstappen loses lead mechanic
- As part of the Bahrain vaccination programme, all personnel attending pre-season testing and the season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix later this month have been offered the COVID-19 vaccine but Formula 1 is reportedly going to reject this offer. (BBC)

- Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali says plans for sprint races to be introduced in 2021 have been met with positive support and hopes they will make F1 race weekends more exciting for fans. (RaceFans)
- Ferrari has publicly backed in the introduction of sprint races with drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz agreeing the format should be trialled. (Motorsport Week)
