F1 French Grand Prix - what did every driver say on media day?

"Lando has a contract. It's just rumours."

"Judging the exact position of the car is just not easy, especially with wind, or when you are following another car.

“And then also we've been working as a team with Ferrari really closely, because also there's been issues that are not related to Sauber as such. There have been issues that sometimes have been from Ferrari so it's been both sides really.”

Alfa Romeo have a new clutch to test this weekend, with poor starts impacting both Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu throughout the season.

“We will try in practice for the first time, it’s something Ferrari has been working on for some time and now hopefully we have new bits for the clutch that will prevent oscillations we are having.

“In a nutshell there’s only one difference, I need to press another button to what I had to do at Mercedes, otherwise it’s quite similar, you need to make sure you’re in race mode after the formation lap, correct brake bias for the first corner, and the race start mode which is the button.”
