Red Bull signs new deals with 50 key workers

Red Bull Racing has extended the contracts of 50 of the teams 'most important workers', it has been revealed by Red Bull owner Dieter Mateschitz.

The Austrian businessman confirmed the renewals this week following Neil Martin's decision to move to arch rivals Ferrari. Martin had joined RBR from McLaren in 2005 as head of strategic operations. His exit prompted speculation more Red Bull employees might follow, but when asked about that Mateschitz said such talk was ridiculous.

Indeed he insisted all is fine at the Milton Keynes-based outfit, which won both championships in 2010 and is currently busy preparing for the new season and the launch of the RB7.
