Yamaha To Quit?
It is understood that Japanese engine manufacturer Yamaha is set to quit Formula One due to a dispute with Tom Walkinshaw's TWR Arrows outfit based in Leafield Oxfordshire, UK. The dispute is over the identification of the Brian Hart designed V10 engine, Yamaha appears to want their engineers to work on the engine and carry out the development work, while Walkinshaw merely wants to badge it a Yamaha and allow his engineers to work on the unit.
