Nakano To Join Minardi?
The Japanese F1 driver Shinji Nakano who drove for the Prost Mugen-Honda team last year may be in line for a seat at Minardi. It is known that Nakano may bring with him a substantial sponsorship package from his home country which could prove tempting for the little Faenza team run by Giancarlo Minardi.

Minardi's 1998 Cosworth powered car the M198 ran unliveried last week at the Mugello track in Italy, the car was driven by F1 new boy Esteban Tuero, ( I was a bit anxious, but now the car has taken it's first steps things feel a lot easier, this was just a general check, a starting point for our development).
