Hill Hits Out At Frentzen

Damon Hill called his Williams replacement Heinz-Harald Frentzen (a brick
short of a full load) following a weekend of contretemps between the
two.

There were at least two incidents in qualifying where Hill clashed with the
German, with Frentzen first brake-testing the Jordan driver in the pit-lane
before accusing Hill of blocking him on a flying lap. Words were exchanged
during the drivers' parade on Sunday morning, but appeared to have little
effect as Hill later claimed that Frentzen had forced him off the road
during the race.

Frentzen retaliated by saying that Hill had simply lost downforce when
running close behind the Williams, which it was about to lap.
