Tuero Gives Up On F1 Dream.

Minardi's teenage driver Esteban Tuero has sensationally quit the sport just weeks before the first race of the 1999 season.

Tuero, who was just 19 when he made his F1 debut last season, looked certain to be racing with the Italian team for a second term, but has decided to seek his future in other forms of motorsport. According to Minardi, the Argentine driver has quit due to "irrevocable personal grounds", leaving the second year of his contract unfulfilled.
