Arrows Put Back Launch.
The Arrows team has delayed the launch of its 1999 car, citing its recent take-over as the sole reason for the postponement.
The Leafield team was recently bought out by Prince Malik Ado Ibrahim, along with team boss Tom Walkinhaw and a leading international bank, and the administration accompanying the deal has taken precedence over the launch.

The team's press officer, however, revealed that Arrows will continue to test with an evolution of last season's A19 chassis in preparation for the Australian GP, with an all-new car being unveiled before the San Marino race in April. The first two races would also see the cars run in the now familiar black livery, although a new colour scheme and sponsors would appear on the new, Mike Coughlan-designed A20 at round three.
The team has yet to confirm its driving line-up for 1999, although Mika Salo and Pedro de la Rosa are thought to be the likely choice. Both have tested extensively in recent weeks, leaving Tora Takagi - the third candidate - on the sidelines, despite a healthy sponsorship package.
