Stewart's Future 'on The Rocks'.
Jackie Stewart yesterday announced a deal with leading whisky manufacturer William Grant, which will see the company become an official supplier of Stewart Grand Prix.
"We are delighted to have Grant's as our official suppler," said Stewart, "and I am particularly pleased to welcome a renowned Scotch whisky brand to the team. To date, we have had much to celebrate, so it is even more appropriate to have one of the best drams from the 'Distiller of the Year' on board at such an exciting time."

With tobacco sponsorship being phased out of Formula One over the next five years, alternative companies are appearing as potential financiers of teams - something which helped persuade the William Grant organisation to join forces with the three-times world champion.
"Grant's is widely available in all the countries which host a grand prix," pointed out the company's marketing director, Heather Graham, "and our key markets will exploit the sponsorship to the full, creating an exciting point of difference for Grant's, and continuing to add value to the brand and boost share in an increasingly crowded marketplace."
