Sauber has undertaken another reshuffle of its top management in an attempt to rediscover its Swiss roots, and move to the front of the grand prix field.
The team, which is based at Hinwil in Switzerland, remains under the overall control of Peter Sauber, now with more power following the departure of shareholder Fritz Kaiser, while Jose Capito retains the post of cheif operating officer. New faces appear at the head of operations management and marketing, however, with Heinz Haller switching from CEO to take on the former role and Marco Feser arriving from Porsche to head up the marketing department.
Pedro Diniz remains with the team for a second season following the defection of team leader Jean Alesi to Prost, and will be joined by Ferrari's 1999 stand-in Mika Salo.
