Since the A21s launch in Melbourne earlier this year, Arrows have unveiled nearly ?100 million in sponsorship deals with Repsol, Chello, Lost Boys, Orange, and Eurobet. This remarkable increase in funding has coincided with a sharp upturn in on-track performance by the team who languished at the back of the grid last season. This year has seen some highly impressive performances by drivers Jos Verstappen and Pedro De La Rosa who both feel that a points finish is well within their grasp at Silverstone on Sunday.
In addition to the Cartoon Network logo appearing on the car, both Verstappens and De La Rosas cars will be associated with two of the channels most popular figures, Johnny Bravo and the Powerpuff girls and viewers of the station will be able to keep in touch with the cars performances through regular updates on the Cartoon Network throughout the season. It has yet to be decided whether any connection will be made with another of the stations most popular programmes The Wacky Racers, after all who would play Dick Dastardly?
