Rebuild for the Nurburgring.
Germany's most famous motorsport name received something of a facelift over the winter, with new facilities greeting the Formula One circus on its arrival yesterday [Friday].
The Nurburgring - albeit in its slightly more sanitised '80s guise - unveiled 30 new pit-lane garages, each featuring greater working space than their predecessors. Each garage measures 19m x 7m, and features a VIP lounge directly above the working area.

The well-attended Paddock Club hospitality centre also benefits from the revisions, gaining a terrace above the lounges at the top of the new, three-storey, construction.
Further developments are planned for next year's event - should it survive any FIA cull - and will encompass a new media and race control centre.
