Just one Pedro in Prost race.
Contrary to recent reports, Pedro de la Rosa will not be heading for Prost next year.
Post-season speculation put the Spaniard in a race with namesake Pedro Diniz for the seat alongside Jean Alesi in the soon-to-be Ferrari-powered team - something de la Rosa's management have moved swiftly to dispel.
Although the Arrows team, with which de la Rosa has raced in both his Formula One seasons to date, has yet to formally reveal its 2001 line-up, the former FNippon champion's manager, Raimon Duran, insists that he will still be at Leafield next season.

Although the Arrows team, with which de la Rosa has raced in both his Formula One seasons to date, has yet to formally reveal its 2001 line-up, the former FNippon champion's manager, Raimon Duran, insists that he will still be at Leafield next season.
"Pedro will be at Arrows next year," Duran told the Reuters news agency, "He will be staying next year, but it is up to the team when they will officially announce it. The Prost rumours are rubbish."
Duran did admit that both he and his charge had opened negotiations with other teams during the summer, but insists that these stopped once a deal with Arrows was struck. Indeed, de la Rosa said well before the campaign ended that he wanted to stay loyal to Arrows in 2001, but could not confirm at the time whether or not he had had a new contract confirmed.
