McLaren launch Paragon Website.

The TAG McLaren Group is delighted to announce that Paragon, the Group's new headquarters and Technology Centre currently under construction, is launching its own website - www.mclaren-paragon.com.

The website will chart the development of Paragon, through the build process and to completion, which is scheduled for August 2002. It will provide regular updates on the project and illustrate the TAG McLaren Group's commitment to the local environment. The entire Paragon development has been designed and managed to protect the ecological equilibrium of the area.

Located outside Woking, Surrey, UK, near the companies' present headquarters, the 50-hectare Technology Centre has been designed by the famous British architectural firm, Foster and Partners.

Catering for the TAG McLaren Group's long term growth, Paragon will bring together all of the Group's Activities under one roof, including the West McLaren Mercedes Formula One team. The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, which is being jointly developed by McLaren Cars and Daimler Chrysler, will be produced at this state of the art facility.

The Technology Centre will benefit from Partnerships with a select group of specialist companies, all leaders in their field; including Schuco International KG, Pastorelli Ceramiche SpA, Mapei SpA, Targetti Sankey SpA, and Friedrich Grohe AG & Co KG. Each company is committed to the development of innovative products and design solutions specifically for Paragon, which will reflect the McLaren ethos.
