Agreement between Fila and Ferrari.
Fila Holding and Ferrari have signed a three-year licensing contract for the production and worldwide distribution of Ferrari-branded sports clothing and footwear.
This agreement gives Fila the role of Official Supplier to Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro for race team kit and also off-duty clothing. In addition, Fila will be present as a supplier and in joint marketing operations at all the rounds of the Ferrari Challenge series in the USA, Europe and Japan. The agreement runs for the three year period, 2002 to 2004, with an option to renew for the following year.
