Irvine slams 'moaner' Barrichello.
Jaguar's Eddie Irvine has labelled his former Jordan teammate and Ferrari successor Rubens Barrichello a 'moaner' who will never match triple World Champion Michael Schumacher.
Irvine told Italian magazine Autosprint: "Barrichello is doing worse than last year. Partly because he is not performing as well, partly because the difference with his team-mate is growing because (Michael) Schumacher has returned to be the driver he once was."

"Without the pressure of having to win the world title he (Schumacher) has absolute faith in himself. You can see that. Rubens is not as fast as Michael. He never was, he never will be."
Irvine added: "You must understand one thing, when we were together at Jordan, Barrichello was a moaner. When I left Jordan he moaned. He arrived at Ferrari and he moaned. He will leave Ferrari and will moan again. He is made like that, he is a moaner."
The Ulsterman concluded: "It is him (Michael Schumacher) who gives the whole impetus to the (Ferrari) team. If you took Michael out of the car Ferrari would not win the world title. At least, not last year. This year the car is back in form and perhaps someone else could win."
