Toyota links up with KTC.

Toyota Motorsport has announced today that Kyoto Tool Co. Ltd (KTC), a Japanese tool manufacturing company, has become a technical partner of the Toyota F1 team.

KTC, which has its headquarters in Kyoto, Japan, will provide tools for the "Panasonic Toyota Racing" team and KTC will give their technical expertise to the team for the next 5 years.

Upon concluding the agreement, Mr. Ove Andersson, President of TMG, said: "We are very pleased to have KTC as a technical partner. KTC's reputation for high quality and reliability are proven by their long-term business with Toyota Motor Corporation. We are sure that KTC will play an important role in our success with the F1 project."
