Villeneuve set to cash in with Newtown.

Like David Coulthard in Monaco, BAR Honda driver Jacques Villeneuve can expect a handsome bonus this weekend in Montreal from his business ventures off track.

Coulthard's Columbus Hotel in Monte Carlo did roaring trade during the grand prix weekend, culminating with his victory party, and Villeneuve's hugely popular Newtown restaurant will be one of the most in-demand venues for F1 personnel over the next few days.

Presumably Coulthard, a friend of Villeneuve's, has pre-booked this year. Twelve months ago the Scot found he could not get a table!

Asked if he would go to Villeneve's restaurant, Michael Schumacher said with a laugh: "Why not? If he gives me a free meal..."
