New F1 timetable consigns warm-up to history.

F1's governing body, the FIA today confirmed that the morning warm-up is to be scrapped from the 2003 Formula One World Championship timetable.

FIA President Max Mosley, warned last week that the session could go as they will not allow refuelling between the end of qualifying and the start of the race. Drivers will have to start with whatever amount of fuel they used in qualification.

The full new look timetable as confirmed by the Formula One Commission and the World Motor Sport Council is as follows:

09.00 - 09.45 Free Practice Session
10.15 - 11.00 Free Practice Session
13.30 - 13.45 Warm Up Practice Session
14.00 - 15.00 Second Qualifying Practice Session

Sunday:
14.00 Race*

* denotes except for Malaysia (15.00), Canada (13.00), Great Britain (13.00), United States (13.00) and Japan (14.30).

# Private session only for teams that agree to limit testing to ten days during the F1 season (from March - October 2003). Thus far Jaguar, Renault, Jordan and Minardi have signed up.
