Ron [Meadows]. What do you love about your job?
Ron Meadows:
Race day.

What do you hate about your job?
RM:
Too much time away from the family on long haul races.
Q:
What's your best moment in F1?
RM:
The podium in Barcelona in 2001.

What's your favourite F1 venue and why?
RM:
Silverstone because I get to go home at night.
Q:
What's the most important thing about you're job?
RM:
Making sure that everyone knows what happening and that the team communicates well. It's a difficult job making sure that 70 people are kept in the loop.

What's the best night out in Imola?
RM:
We normally stay at the Donatella hotel and it's very nice food there.

If you didn't do this what would you do?
RM:
I don't know I've never thought about doing anything else. I'd probably still be in America doing Indy car.

What's the hardest thing about being away from home?
RM:
Missing the children grow up.

What's the best moment of a race weekend?
RM:
When the flag has dropped and you've had a good result.

And the worst?
RM:
When the flag has dropped and you've had a bad result.

What do you do in-between races?
RM:
Work and 80 hour week back at the factory planning the next event.
