Heidfeld puts Jordan EJ13 third at wet Jerez.

Heavy rain interfered with test plans for all teams at Jerez today [Thursday], however Nick Heidfeld and Jarek Janis completed around 100 laps between them for Jordan Ford and Heidfeld set the third quickest lap time in changeable conditions.

Although the morning started damp and at first began to become dry, the track was still wet from overnight rain and there had been insufficient time for it to dry out completely before continuous heavy rain arrived again.

As such the conditions allowed only wet weather tyre and set-up work.
