Donington hosts an evening with Jochen Mass.
REDliners, the official Motorsport Club of the Donington Grand Prix Collection, has announced an evening with former Surtees and Mclaren F1 driver Jochen Mass on Thursday 8th June.
"I'll be talking with Jochen about his time as team mate to the likes of James Hunt and Emerson Fittipaldi," said REDliners Richard Morgan, "recalling his greatest moments, together with his epic battles in European Touring Cars, where his Ford Capri squared up to BMW's Batmobiles and more recently in World Sportscar Racing with Porsche and Mercedes-Benz.

"Latterly, Jochen has driven at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and revival meetings," added Morgan, "and this evening sees him making a welcome return to Donington."
Mass, who claimed his only F1 win in Spain '75 is a particularly suitable guest at Donington as the German once swapped formula two battles with Roger Williamson, Donington Owner Tom Wheatcroft's prot?g?, who was tragically killed in the 1973 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort.
