Speed latest to be hit by penalty.

Scott Speed has become the latest this weekend to receive a penalty for the Hungarian Grand Prix, the American losing his three best qualifying times after been judged to have impeded another driver.

However, while he loses his three fastest qualifying times, he will drop from just 19th to 20th on the grid in light of Christijan Albers' ten place penalty for changing an engine. Takuma Sato meanwhile will start from 19th place in the Super Aguri.
