Toro Rosso will enter the new season with an unchanged line-up from the end of last year, with Pierre Gasly and Brendon Hartley returning.
The team will be aiming to improve on its seventh-place finish in the constructors' championship last year, having lost out to midfield rival Renault at the final race of the season.
