Grosjean has become the latest F1 driver to show off his helmet design with assistance from Bell Helmets and designer Adrien Paviot.
Mercedes has gone a step further by organising design competitions which allows fans to enter proposals with one winner’s design selected and commissioned. Last year Lewis Hamilton’s helmet was fan designed and this season it is the turn of Valtteri Bottas.
With Haas the first to launch its 2018 F1 car the Banbury-based squad is now preparing for the opening pre-season test at Circuit de Catalunya which begins on February 26.
Grosjean, who sees Kevin Magnussen retained as his teammate at Haas this year, is gearing up for his seventh full F1 season and third at the US squad.
