Stroll: 'I can't say I've enjoyed my time' with Williams in 2018
Lance Stroll feels he cannot say that he enjoyed his time racing with Williams in Formula 1 through 2018 after a difficult year that saw him score points on only two occasions.
Stroll made his final start for Williams in Abu Dhabi on Sunday ahead of his pending move to Force India for 2019, with a deal still to be announced.
Stroll scored a best finish of eighth in Azerbajian, and only claimed points on one further occasion at Monza in September when he finished ninth as Williams struggled for pace with its FW41 car.

“I can’t say that I’ve enjoyed my time with the team this year, but I did last year,” Stroll said.
“I’m just going to enjoy the off-season a bit now, and get back to work and start chipping away at it.
“We had by far the worst car this year, so I think it can only go up from where Williams were this year.”
Stroll did have some positives to take from his year at Williams, saying it helped build character through his sophomore season.
“I’ve definitely grown and matured as a driver, but it’s been a challenging year,” Stroll said.
“I’ve picked up six points. Not ideal, but I gave it my all, and it’s definitely built some character.”
Stroll will make his first appearance with Force India in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday at the post-season tyre test, with an announcement following in due course.
