Aitken made a rocket start to leap up to second on the opening lap, and spent the early stages of the race running behind Nyck de Vries, before jumping into the lead when the Dutchman had a slow pit stop.
Two lengthy Safety Car periods - including one after an aborted restart when Sergio Sette Camara spun out moments before the race was meant to return to green - left Aitken sweating on his advantage at the front, with the race being shortened to time.
The Briton managed to bolt clear of de Vries at the final restart to record his first F2 Feature Race win and first for Campos, finishing two seconds clear of the pack.
De Vries held on for second place ahead of Jordan King, who clinched the final podium position after a late pass on Nicholas Latifi around the outside of Turn 3.
Mick Schumacher retired early due to a spin, and was one of seven drivers who failed to finish.
Juan Manuel Correa will line up on reverse grid pole tomorrow after finishing the race in eighth place.
